Your data: what stays on your device

Rendering, framing and cam detection happen in your browser. This page says what stays on your device and what goes out.

What stays on your device#

  • The video rendering, the framing and the cam detection.
  • Your projects: the imported video, the music, the logo and the drafts with their settings and captions.
  • Your list of streamers, as long as you are not signed in.
  • Without a subscription, caption transcription runs in your browser (about 80 MB downloaded once).

What is sent#

  • The Twitch or Kick clip link: the site's server relays the video from Twitch or Kick, without storing it.
  • With a subscription, the audio extract (2 minutes at most) is sent to a transcription service.
  • For the hook, the caption and the translation, the clip title, the streamer's name and the start of the transcript are sent to an AI service.
  • With a signed-in account, your clip settings, the caption words and your presets are kept so you find them everywhere.
  • At export, the cam framing rectangles (kept, corrected or removed) are sent anonymously, with no identifier.

The exported video is not sent to a server: it is rendered on your device.

Manage your account#

In My account, Active sessions lists the signed-in devices and Connected apps the assistants you allowed, which you can revoke. Privacy and data explains what we keep and links to the legal pages.

To delete your account, tap Delete my account then Request deletion, from your account's address: we delete your account and the data linked to it, and we cancel your web subscription if one is running.
