Terms of sale

These terms apply to subscriptions bought on spclips.com from Alexis Da Cruz (trading as AMZ Corporation), Sole proprietorship (French micro-entreprise), SIREN 829 534 262, Bât. B, 106 B avenue Roger Salengro, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France, contact@spclips.com.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are sold by Apple under the App Store terms: billing, refunds and cancellation then go through your Apple account.

Normal: €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year, 720p exports. Pro: €9.99 per month or €79.99 per year, 1080p exports and AI features.

Prices are in euros and are the amount you pay. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Without a subscription, import, analysis and framing are free; exporting the final video requires the trial or an active plan.

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, once per account. A payment method is required when the trial starts, but nothing is charged during those 3 days.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first period of the chosen plan (month or year) is charged at the price shown at purchase.

Payment is processed by Stripe through RevenueCat; we never see your card details. A receipt is emailed for every charge.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. If the price goes up, you are told by email at least 30 days ahead and can cancel at no cost.

If a charge fails, paid features are suspended until payment goes through.

You can cancel anytime without contacting support: Account → Manage or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then, then your account returns to the free version. Your projects stay available.

If you cannot cancel online, an email to contact@spclips.com from your account address is enough.

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. Since the service starts at your request as soon as you subscribe, if you withdraw after the first charge you are refunded the amount paid minus the share for the time already used.

To withdraw, send contact@spclips.com, from your account address, a clear statement such as: "I hereby withdraw from the StreamPulse Clips subscription taken out on [date], account [email]." We confirm receipt and refund within 14 days, using the same payment method.

During the free trial nothing is paid: cancelling is enough.

Video rendering happens in your browser; a recent browser (up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) is required. We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If an export fails through our fault and we cannot fix it, write to us: we refund the period concerned.

You remain responsible for the rights to the clips you transform and for following the rules of the platforms where you post.

In case of a dispute, write to us first at contact@spclips.com, and we will first look for an amicable solution.

These terms are governed by French law. You keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
