Ask your AI assistant about your clips
Connect your StreamPulse Clips account to an AI assistant so it can read your plan, the streamers you follow and your posting journal, and look up the details of a Twitch or Kick clip. The connector reads only: it never edits, exports or spends anything.

In preparationRemote connector (MCP) with sign-in through your StreamPulse Clips account.
The server is built and the sign-in flow is in place. We are checking the full path from Claude before opening it, so there is no setup guide yet. Nothing to install in the meantime.

How it works
1
You connect
From your assistant, you add StreamPulse Clips as a connector.
2
You approve
You sign in to your StreamPulse Clips account and approve the access. The consent screen is always shown.
3
The assistant reads
It can call four read-only tools. What they return is passed to the assistant so it can answer you.
4
You stay in control
In Account, under Connected apps, you see every connected app and can revoke its access at any time.
What it can read
- Your plan
- The plan on your account, computed by our server, and the export limits that come with it.
- Followed streamers
- The streamers you follow for the “clips taking off” alerts.
- Posting journal
- Platform, streamer, title, date and the views you entered. Included with Pro.
- Clip details
- Title, streamer, duration and thumbnail of a public Twitch or Kick clip from its link. Never the video file. Limited to 60 lookups per hour.
Things you can ask
- « Which StreamPulse plan am I on, and what export quality do I get? »
- « Which streamers am I following? »
- « Summarize my last 10 posts and their views. (Pro) »
- « Give me the title and length of this clip: a Twitch link »
What it does not do
- It does not edit clips, start exports or download videos.
- It does not change your account, your plan or your payment details.
- It cannot spend anything.
Access and security
- Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, and asks for your consent every time an app connects.
- Access tokens last 10 minutes and are renewed for up to 30 days. Revoking an app cuts its access immediately.
- Your plan is checked by our server on every call. The assistant cannot claim a plan you do not have.
- We keep no copy of what the tools return. Once passed to your assistant, it falls under that provider's own privacy policy.
Questions
What is a connector?
A connector lets an AI assistant use an outside service on your behalf, with your approval. Ours uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard; you do not need to know anything about it to use it.
Which assistants work today?
Claude is the one we are preparing. We list another assistant only once we have tested it ourselves.
Is it available on every plan?
Reading your plan, your followed streamers and clip details works on any account. The posting journal requires Pro.
Can it start an export or delete a project?
No. Every tool is read-only.
How do I revoke access?
Account, then Connected apps, then Revoke access. It takes effect immediately.
Where do I report a problem?
Write to contact@spclips.com.
Ready to make a clip first?
The connector reads your account. Clips are still made in the studio.
